      On ord. time, q.t. time DST 11-06,(kingdom tide) sym. fig. loi time has residue of pagan culture local whilst focused on important ordinary time in balance.  To reach all local in such fashion from good construct of issues more of challenge than average. So to equate these times with similar Easter tide time Reverence has relevant symbolic and fig. loi correlation to use q.t. with caution.
