⁴³Now after two days He departed thence and went into Galilee.

⁴⁷When he heard that Jesus had come out of Judea into Galilee, he went unto Him and besought Him that He would come down and heal his son, for he was at the point of death.

⁴⁸Then Jesus said unto him, "Unless ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe."

⁴⁹The nobleman said unto Him, "Sir, come down ere my child die!"

⁵⁰Jesus said unto him, "Go thy way; thy son liveth." And the man believed the word that Jesus had spoken unto him, and he went his way.

⁵¹And as he was going down, his servants met him and told him, saying, "Thy son liveth!"

⁵²Then he inquired of them the hour when he began to be healed. And they said unto him, "Yesterday at the seventh hour the fever left him."

²⁸"Be it known therefore unto you that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it."

⁶He said furthermore unto me, "Son of man, seest thou what they do, even the great abominations that the house of Israel committeth here, that I should depart far off from My sanctuary? But turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations."

⁷And He brought me to the door of the court; and when I looked, behold, a hole in the wall.

⁸Then said He unto me, "Son of man, dig now in the wall"; and when I had dug in the wall, behold, a door.

⁹And He said unto me, "Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here."

¹⁰So I went in and saw; and behold, every form of creeping things and abominable beasts and all the idols of the house of Israel portrayed upon the wall round about.

¹¹And there stood before them seventy men of the ancients of the house of Israel, and in the midst of them stood Jaazaniah the son of Shaphan, with every man his censer in his hand; and a thick cloud of incense went up.
